Why is it that I can freeform babble for hours about my (or anyone else's) creative endeavors, offering any number of critical arguments, for and against, with unbridled passion, but when instructed to write an artist's statement I become an inarticulate, drooling, and bull-headed mouth-breather physically incapable of effective communication, who would rather let syphlitic raccoons chew my face off than suffer the agony of picking up a freaking pencil? What the hell gives? "Write an artist's statement" becomes "Sum up your life, all of your loves, hates and influences; EVERYTHING that makes you and what you do relevant as a human being in

No existential babbling, just posting to see if I still can. Nearing the end of the semester... One more to go, then back to the real world. I never thought that I would say this, but I think that I am ready for it. Besides, if I do not get a job soon, I'm gonna be shopping for efficiency refrigerator boxes and eating out of dumpsters. My work is not what it should be. I keep going through the motions but they seem devoid of passion alot of the time. I'm waiting for that mad blast of inspiration (you know, the one that wakes you up in the middle of the night and won't let you rest until it is dealt with), but it is slow in getting here and
